Thanks to the entrepreneurial vocation of Arrigo and Giuseppe Lazzati, in the 1959 the Tessitura A. Lazzati & C srl was founded. In the following years, thanks to the textile market growth and with a vertical oriented management policy, the group acquired in the 1986 the Leucadia SpA company creating the first well integrated supply chain textile group, the Lazzati Group.

In the 1989 Fabio Lazzati took over the commercial and business development of the company, growing the group reputation at international level thanks to his technical and management fees.

Still today, with more than sixty years of experience, one of the strengths is research, to satisfy the different market segments, with an added value dictated by the technical characteristics of the yarns for its properties like thermoregulation, anti-UV, recycled, fire protection and breathability.


The culture of quality and excellence of textile products,since 1959  have distinguished our manufacturing reality, with the aim of satisfying our customers, suppliers and collaborators for sustainable development and a corporate culture based on human capital.



The history of our company is punctuated by significant moments,
in times of economic growth and by crucial events, resulting from the harsh law
of globalization of the markets.

In more than 60 years of activity we have made a virtue of necessity, opening ourselves to new opportunities, looking for new products and new markets, thanks to the tenacity of alternatives that have followed one another, over time, at the helm of the group and by virtue of the precious competition of workers and collaborators.

Over these years, strong changes have affected our productivity, imposing new business strategies, which have brought the Group and greater flexibility and a more elastic internal structure, compared to that typical of large companies.
