The Lazzati Family established Tessitura A. Lazzati & C. in 1959. In the following years, thanks to the economic growth of the textile market and their strong managerial acumen, Lazzati purchased Leucadia s.p.a in Como. The purchase of this dyeing, weaving and fabric finishing plant enabled Lazzati to begin their vertical organisation by developing different activities.

Lazzati Tessuti Innovativi s.r.l. was established in 1989. As the Company’s Head Office it controlled and managed product distribution worldwide. The Lazzati Group became a leading name at trade fairs and with sales agents as manufactures of a wide range of clothing and accessories for both adults and children on behalf of well known high street retail groups.
